加入WTO后我国企业的知识产权战略思考

The Considerations of Intellectual Property Right Strategy of Chinese Enterprises after Entering WTO

加入WTO后，外国企业为抢占我国市场，注重知识产权战略的运用，其中包括滥用知识产权的行为。为保护我国的经济安全，应对外国企业知识产权战略及其滥用行为加以关注。笔者在对外国企业知识产权战略分析的基础上，主张我国应制定反垄断法，并对我国的知识产权战略提出了相应的建议。

After China＇s WTO accession, in order to obtain the market of the country, foreign enterprises pay more attention to the application of intellectual property right strategy, including abusing intellectual property right. We should pay close attention to foreign enterprise＇s intellectual property right strategy for sake of the economic security of our country, after the analysis of the foreign enterprises＇ intellectual property right strategy, the author maintains that China should make the antimonopoly law, and give relevant resolutions to intellectual property right strategy of China.
