贝克的世界风险社会理论

The World Risk Society Theory of Beck

随着社会风险的日益加剧，对风险理论的研究显得尤为重要。乌尔里希·贝克早在1992年就提出人类即将步入世界风险社会，并在接下来的许多著作中作了详细的论述。本文从风险的概念出发，认为世界风险理论主要包括三个雏度：人为不确定性框架中的生态学问题；恐怖主义和战争；国家与主权。

With the intensifying of the social risk, the research on the risk theory becomes especially important. Early in 1992, Beck. Ulrich had predicted that human would steps into the world risk society and made detailed elaboration in many of his following works. This article, from the concept of risk, puts forward that the theory of the world risk mainly includes three dimensions： the ecological problems in artificial indefinite frame, terrorism and wars, countries and sovereignty. At the end, the present situations of the china＇s ecological and the anti-terrorist problems have also been elaborated.
