广州市三甲医院护士化疗防护知识及行为掌握情况调查分析

Investigation of Nurses' Knowledge and Behavior of Chemotherapy Protection in First-class Hospitals at Grade 3 in Guangzhou

目的了解广州市三甲医院护士对化疗防护知识及行为掌握情况及其影响因素,以指导化疗防护工作,提高化疗防护水平。方法对广州市三甲医院112名经常接触化疗药物的护士进行自行设计的问卷调查。结果广州市护士对化疗防护知识和行为的掌握程度不高,不同医院、培训、工作经验等因素影响护士对化疗防护知识和行为的掌握程度。结论提示有必要在增设相关课程及培训、建立防护制度、加强经验交流等方面提高护士的化疗防护水平,减少职业性健康损害的发生。

Objective To study nurses＇ knowledge and behavior of chemotherapy protection in First-class Hospitals at Grade 3 in Guangzhou in order to guide and improve chemotherapy protection. Methods 112 nurses who touched chemotherapy medicines frequently were investigated by a self-designed questionnaire. Results The level of nurses＇ knowledge and behavior of chemotherapy protection was not high and the degrees of them varied according to the different hospital, training, working experience and so on. Conclusion It is necessary to add related curriculum, establish protection rules and increase the exchanges of experiences so as to improve nurses＇ level of protection of chemotherapy and decrease the occupational health injury.
