岩斜区肿瘤患者显微外科术后并发症的护理

Post-microsurgical Care of Patients with Tumors in Petrous Pyramid

笔者报道岩斜区脑膜瘤9例、三叉神经瘤2例患者手术后并发症的护理。脑神经损伤患者遵医嘱给予药物治疗,局部按摩,鼓励患者尽早进行功能锻炼,促进康复;做好后组脑神经损伤患者吞咽困难、咳嗽护理;详细记录脑脊液漏患者脑脊液的性状和量并结合头痛及意识状况判断引流是否通畅及量是否合适;加强偏瘫患者循序渐进的功能训练;对颅内血肿患者严密观察生命体征、对疼痛等各种外界刺激的反应和各种引流管的情况。经过针对性的治疗和护理后患者临床症状头痛和偏瘫好转较明显,使患者尽快康复。

The authors reports their experience in caring 11 patients with complications after microsurgery on durosareomas in petrous pyramid （9 cases） and tumors in trigeminal nerves （2 cases）. For those with cerebral nerve injury, the care policy includes medication according to medical order, local massage, encouraging them to have functional training as soon as possible to accelerate rehabilitation, performing the care of swallowing difficulty and cough. For those with leakage of cerebrospinal fluid, it needs to focus on recording the charaeter and volume and judging if the drainage is smooth or reasonable based on headache and consciousness. For those with hemiparalysis, the functional training is gradually conducted. For those with intracranial hematoma, their vital signs, reaction to foreign stimulation like pains and the conditions of drainage tubes need to be carefully observed. All the pertinent treatment and nursing care promoted the obvious improvement of headache and hemiparalysis, promoting the early recovery.
