维和卫勤保障中护理人员焦虑及其影响因素的分析与对策

Influential Factors of Anxiety of Nurses in the Peacekeeping Hospital

目的消除或减轻维和卫勤保障中护理人员的心理压力,保证工作的顺利进行。方法对33名维和医疗队护理人员应用Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)进行调查。结果24名(73%)护理人员均存在不同的焦虑症状;维和行动的特殊性、复杂多变的工作环境、战乱的威胁、语言文化差异、多重角色冲突等是影响其焦虑症状发生的主要因素。结论维和卫勤保障中护理人员焦虑症状应受到重视,而做好超前心理准备;营造融洽的工作环境和人际关系;合理调配,科学排班;学会心理调适,合理宣泄;提高管理者和社会的支持对减轻和消除维和护理人员的焦虑有一定作用。

Objective To alleviate psychic stress of the nurses in peacekeeping hospital to ensure the smooth completion of peacekeeping missions. Methods SAS was used to investigate 33 nurses working at the peacekeeping hospital. Results Anxiety existed in 24 of them （73%） at different degrees and the causes were found to be： the special feature of peacekeeping, the diversity of working surroundings, threat from wars, gap in language and culture, conflicts of multi-roles in the missions. Conclusion Their anxiety in the nurses at the peacekeeping hospital is worth our attention. Such means are sure to function in alleviating or eliminating their anxiety, as preparing them mentally ahead of time, forming a harmonious working surroundings and interpersonal relations, making shifts reasonably, adapting them mentally by abreaction, and enhancing the support from the administrators and the society.
