摘要
在回顾欧盟环境政策发展历程的基础上,重点论述了2000年以来欧盟在水环境保护、空气污染防治、噪声污染防治、固体废物管理、化学品与杀虫剂管理、野生动植物保护和土壤保护等领域的政策发展趋势,以及为实施其环境政策所引入的各种辅助手段。
Based on the evolve process review of European Union＇s environmental policy, the trends of environmental policy in the fields of water protection, air and noise pollution prevention and control, waste management, chemicals and pesticides management, wild fauna and flora protection, and soil protection, and, the kinds of accessorial instruments for implementation of above-mentioned environmental policy are analyzed.
