推动农民工组织化程度的政治经济学思考

Title: Reflection on Promoting Organization of Peasant Workers

农民工弱势地位主要表现为他们所做的贡献与其所受到的待遇不对等,数量庞大与其内在能力较弱的不相称,被动的维权模式也凸现了他们是社会的弱势群体,形成自身内在能力被进一步弱化的“路径依赖”。推动农民工组织建设的,不仅对政府职能转变、市场经济的完善具有一定促进作用;而且可以产生培训、就业和维权三位一体的聚合效应,有效地强化了农民工内在自我能力的保护与发展。

Peasant workers live in the lower social strata. Their contribution to society is ir-reciprocal to being treatment. Their scale is large, but their power is weak. The passive mode of protection leads to ＂path in lock＂. Promoting organization of peasant workers could solve these problems. It is helpful to change role of the government, perfect marketing systems and strengthen themselves.
