Small and middle-size enterprise is most active group in the market economy. It is the new motive for economic growth. The development of small and middle-size enterprises is the foundation of our continuing and high-speed development in economy. The paper is going to analysis the game theory in the cooperation of small and middle-size exporting enterprises then to find out the countermeasure for international operation to accelerate the development of middle - size exporting enterprises.
