论大众化背景下高等教育过程的公正与效率

Fairness and Efficiency in the Process of Higher Education in the Background of Popularization

在高等教育大众化背景下,教育的公正与效率之争是中国高等教育改革面临的主要问题。现有的研究主要是以经济学或政治学的角度讨论社会宏观层面的教育公正与效率问题。笔者试图以教育学的视角讨论教育过程中的教育公正与效率问题,提出教育过程中的教育公正与效率是一致的,其实现主要取决于教师职业道德意识和教育水平,以及学生自我教育水平的提高。

On the background of popularization of higher education, fairness or efficiency is the dilemma for Chinese higher education, which has been discussed in the fields of economics and politics. But from the visual angle of education, education fairness is consistent with education efficiency in the process of education, which is decided by the teachers＇ moral and teaching levels and by students＇ self education level.
