摘要
在多元文化背景下,普通高校成人教育应该以成人个体的发展为核心,关注弱势群体的文化,实现教育公平。同时,必须展示出它的创新能力,营造一种求知创新的文化环境。从过程、主体性、公平与平等视角来看,健全与发展成人教育质量评估体系必须以高校自评为手段,开展成人教育质量建设,以社会中介为主体,建立合理、动态、公开的成人教育质量评估机制,确立以“学”为中心的多样化成人教育评估标准。
As multiple cultures develop, continuing education should focus on individual development, and pay attention to the social vulnerable groups, by which the equality is assured in education. In addition, continuing education should be creative, in which the innovative culture atmosphere is kept. This paper holds that the evaluation of continuing education should be based on the college's self-evaluation. The social mediums are introduced as trunk of educational establishment. A reasonable, adaptable and fair evaluation system, with "learning-oriented" as its guideline, is expected to be built.
