从工程硕士招生、培养、学位授予等各个环节来分析影响工程硕士培养质量的主要因素,以此探讨保障和提高工程硕士培养质量的对策与思路,提出了把好生源质量关、规范培养过程、加强师资队伍建设、保证学位论文质量、完善管理运行机制的具体对策。

This paper tries to analyze the main factors affecting quality of programs for masters of engineering from the recruiting, the cultivating and the degree awarding, so as to explore the measurement and approach to assure and advance the quality of engineering masters on spot. And it also puts forward such specific approaches as check- ing on enrollment, standardizing cultivating process, strengthening teaching staff, assuring quality of thesis and perfecting the management mechanism.
