单克隆免疫球蛋白轻链相关性肾病的病理表现
摘要
单克隆免疫球蛋白轻链相关性肾病是指由于血液中单克隆免疫球蛋白轻链（LC）的大量恶性增生，并沉积于肾组织而引起的肾脏疾病。由于单克隆免疫球蛋白轻链的结构异常，在。肾脏中沉积的部位及形态有所不同，因此所表现的临床、病理特征也各不相同；
