辛伐他汀对不稳定型心绞痛早期治疗临床疗效观察被引量：2

摘要目的探讨不稳定型心绞痛(UA)患者早期使用辛伐他汀对血脂、C反应蛋白(CRP)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平和近期心血管事件的影响。方法72例UA患者分为治疗组(基础治疗+辛伐他汀口服)和对照组(基础治疗),观察2组治疗前后血脂、CRP、FIB水平的变化、心血管事件发生情况及药物的不良反应。结果6周后治疗组用药后血脂、CRP、FIB水平较治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),住院及随访期间治疗组心血管事件发生率(5.3%)明显低于对照组(17.6%),2组均无明显不良反应(P>0.05)。结论UA患者早期使用辛伐他汀可明显降低血脂、CRP、FIB水平,从而减少近期心血管事件。
