无症状髋臼唇在T_1-FL3D序列MPR中的MRI表现

摘要 目的 研究无症状髋臼唇的形态、信号在小角度激发快速梯度回波三维T1加权成像(T1-FL3D)序列多平面重建(MPR)后处理中的影像表现,为髋臼唇病变的进一步研究提供影像学基础。资料与方法 对22名无症状志愿者34个髋关节进行MRI扫描,年龄12~60岁,其中12人行双侧髋关节扫描,10人行单侧髋关节扫描,采用T1-FL3D序列,放射状MPR,分别对髋臼唇的断面形态、边缘情况、内部信号进行分析评价。结果 共得到272个髋臼唇断面图像,其中三角形210个(77,2%),不规则形44个(16.2%),缺如18个(6,6%),髋臼唇信号不均匀49个(18%)。不规则形和缺如型髋臼唇以及髋臼唇信号不均匀的情况出现的频率随年龄的增大而增加。结论 无症状髋臼唇的形态信号随年龄的不同而改变,三角形为髋臼唇最常见的形态。T1-FL3D序列MPR对于髋臼唇MR诊断具有重要的应用价值。 Objective To describe the MR appearance of the acetabular labrum in asymptomatic subjects by using T1-FL3D sequence and multi planer reconstruction, to provide useful information in the diagnosis of the labrum lesion. Materials and Methods 22 volunteers with 34 asymptomatic hips were performed with MR using T1-FL3D sequence and radial MPR (age range, 12 ~ 60 years old), including 12 volunteers with bilateral hips and 10 volunteers with single hips. The labral shapes and the intralabral signal intensity changes were assessed on MPR sections. Results 272 labral segments were obtained in MPR planes. The shape of the labrum was triangular in 77.2% (210 of 272) of the labral segments, irregular in 16.2% (44 of 272), and absence of labrum in 6.6% (18 of 272). Inhomogeneons signal intensity was observed in 18% (49 of 272). The frequencies of labral irregularity or its absence and high signal intensity was increased by aging. Conclusion The shape and signal of the acetabular labrum in asymptornatic hips are changed by age, triangle is the dominant shape seen on MR imaging. T1-FL3D sequence and multi planer reconstruction are valuable in the MR diagnosis of acetabular labral.
