腹腔镜手术治疗青春期卵巢良性肿瘤42例分析

Clinical Analysis of 42 Puberty Ovarian Benign Tumor Treated by Laparoscopy

目的:探讨腹腔镜手术对青春期卵巢良性肿瘤患者的治疗效果。方法:回顾性分析1998.07-2004.12在我院接受腹腔镜手术治疗的青春期卵巢良性肿瘤患者共42例。结果:36例行腹腔镜下卵巢肿瘤剔除术,6例行患侧附件切除术。无手术切口感染、术后出血、脏器损伤及化学性腹膜炎等发生。患者痛苦小,恢复快,住院时间短。所有病例常规随访0.5-3年,无1例复发。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗青春期卵巢良性肿瘤是一种安全、有效的方法。

Objective： To assess the efficacy of laparoscopy in the treatment of puberty ovarian benign tumor. Methods： Patients with puberty ovarian benign tumor who received laparoscopic operation were analyzed retrospectively from July 1998 to December 2004 in our hospital. Results： Forty-two patients received laparoscopic operation.Thirty-six patients received laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy. Six patients recived laparoscopic adnexectromy .There was no infection of cut, bleeding, injury of organs and chemical peritonitis. Patients had less pain, recovered in a short time and left hospital earlier. All patients were followed up for a period from six months to three years and no one suffered it again. Conclusion： Laparoscopy is a safe and effective way in the treatment of puberty ovarian benign tumor.
