摘要
目的:通过对兔眼冲击波伤后房水神经兴奋性相关氨基酸含量的动态测定,分析了解其变化及意义。方法:用激波管制成实验兔右眼冲击伤模型,造型前局部麻醉下取0.3m l左眼房水及1m l血清。伤后第10、20 d分别处死实验兔各6只,取右眼房水0.3m l。用液相色谱仪分别测定标本中8种神经兴奋性相关氨基酸含量。结果:对照眼房水神经兴奋性氨基酸含量均高于血清;神经兴奋抑制性氨基酸中牛氨酸、色氨酸、甘氨酸含量低于血清,而丙氨酸含量高于血清。冲击伤后10 d和20 d兔实验眼房水眼中谷氨酸、天冬氨酸和谷氨酰胺的含量比对照眼有所增高,但伤后10 d仅谷氨酰胺含量的差异有统计学意义,伤后20 d上述3种氨基酸含量差异有统计学意义。神经兴奋抑制性氨基酸,伤后10 d和20 d实验眼中甘氨酸、丙氨酸增高,其差异有统计学意义。结论:冲击波损伤后实验眼房水神经兴奋性相关氨基酸含量改变明显,以伤后20 d更加显著,其改变可能与预后相关。
Objective: To study the alteration of excitatory-related amino acids in aqueous fluid after blast injury of eyeballs in the rabbits. Methods: 12 rabbits , the right eyes were in the experiment group and the left eyes were in the control group. The serum and the control group aqueous fluids were collected before injury. The bioshock tube to produce a bow wave was used to set up ocular blast injured model. The experiment group aqueous fluid samples were collected 10 th ,20 th days after injury. The value of amino acids in aqueous fluid samples and serum were measured by HPLC ( high performance liquid chromatography) and the data was analyzed by t-test. Results : The value of excitatory amino acids in control aqueous fluid was significantly higher than the serum. The value of excitatory-restrain amino acids in control aqueous fluid was significantly lower than the serum. The excitatory amino acids in experiment aqueous fluid of injured eyes were significantly increased than that of control eye in all rabbits in the study. The glycine were significantly increased 10 days after injury. The glutamic acid, asparagine and glutamine were significantly increased 20 days after injury. The excitatory-restrain amino acids in experi- ment aqueous fluid 20 days after injury were significantly increased than control eye. Conclusion : The value of excitatory-related amino acids in aqueous fluid increased significantly after blast injury. This change was more obvious after 20 days. The change might be related with prognosis.
