In Russia, the terrorism events took place now and then. And most of them had been done by the Chechenya terrorists. These terrorism events posed great threats to the Russian＇ s body and mind, the normal order of Russia and the national security. In view of these terrorism events,the Russian govermment took some measures to fight back.
