摘要 小浪底水利枢纽工程是黄河干流三门峡以下唯一能够取得较大库容的控制性工程,建成后将在防洪、防凌和减淤,以及供水、灌溉、发电等方面发挥巨大的作用。该工程地理位置特殊、规模宏大、结构复杂、被认为是世界上最具挑战性的工程之一,其深覆盖层防渗墙的施工,大规模复杂洞室群的布置与施工,大体积、高强度的主坝填筑工程等都具有相当的难度和很高的水平。为加快小浪底工程的建设,采取国际招标方式确定了承包商,在建设过程中实行业主负责制、建设监理制和合同管理制;在设计、施工中采取了大量的新技术、新工艺及先进的设备。工程将于1997年截流,2000年首台机组投产发电,2001年竣工。 Xiaolangdi Multipurpose Project is a control project down the Sanmenxia of main stream of the Yellow River.After the completion of the Project, it will play a huge role in flood control, ice prevention and sediment reduction,as well as water supply, irrigation and power generation. with a particular geographic position, grand scale and complex structure, the project is considered as one of the most challenging projects in the world. The constructionof diaphragm wall in deep overburden layer, the layout and construction of large scale and complicate cavern group, the construction of large and hard filling works in main dam, all have certain difficulties and high technical level. In order to quicken the progress of Xiaolangdi Multipurpose Project, the construction contractor have been determined through international competitive bidding. The owner responsibility system, construction supervision system andcontract management system all have been adopted in the construction. In the design and construction, a lot of newtechnologies, new workmanship and advanced equipment have been used. The river closure for the project will bereached. The first power generating unit will be put into operation in 2000 and the project will be completed in2001.
