关于三峡水利枢纽工程永久船闸设计方案的探讨

摘要 用非等分水头运行原理,通过对多余水垫产生、扩散的阐述,揭示消除水垫的措施及其意义,并研究了具体的设计方案,以实现“既不影响船闸航运能力及其他功能,又能提高船闸安全运行的可靠性;既降低闸室边墙、闸门高度,减小闸门,降低技术难度要求,又能方便运行管理;既减少工程量及投资,又能实现节水发电”的目标的工程措施。 This paper describes the creation and diffusion processes of surplus water cushion and reveals the measures for eliminating water cushion and the significance based on the operation principles of non--uniform water head. And the practical engineering measures have been studied for achieving the following goals:it could not influence the navigation capability and other functions of lock but could increase the safe navigation reliability; it not only lower the chamber wall and the gate height and reduce the technical requirements and difficulties, but also will be easy for operation and management; it not only could reduce the porject quantities and investment, but also could reach the goal of water-saving and power generation.
