With the course of the subrogation of the history about the criminal litigation, which goes through three phases, including Impeachment Model, Inquisitorial Model and Mixed Model, the values of criminal litigation have evolved over several phases, from the classical values system on which the value about achieving the purpose of criminal law and the value about encumbering the purpose of criminal law laid equal stress to the values system of singly achieving the purpose of criminal law, from the values system of singly achieving the purpose of criminal law to the modem values system on which the value about achieving the purpose of criminal law and the value about encumbering the purpose of criminal law laid equal stress to the values system of singly achieving the purpose of criminal law.
