摘要
着重研究了椭圆形刀顶曲线的形状对齿根弯曲应力的影响,并以减小最大齿根弯曲应力为目标,对椭圆形刀顶曲线的形状参数进行了优化设计。应用边界单元法,分别计算了普通圆弧形刀顶及椭圆形刀顶加工出的齿轮的齿根弯曲应力,应力分析结果表明:使用具有最优参数的椭圆形刀顶的刀具加工出的齿轮,其最大齿根弯曲应力比普通齿轮的最大齿根弯曲应力降低了10.1%
In this paper, the influence of elliptic cutter tip upon the tooth bending stress is mainly studied. Aiming at the reduction of the maximum tooth bending stress, optimization of the elliptic cutter tip is developed. And the boundary element method is adopted to calculate the bending stress of both gears cut by the cutters with circle arc cutter tip and the elliptic cutter tip. According to the result of bending stress calculation, the maximum tooth bending stress of gear cut by the cutter with optimal elliptic cutter tip is reduced by 10.1%.
