秸秆粉碎掩埋复式作业机的试验研究 被引量:20

摘要 阐述了新型秸秆粉碎掩埋复式作业机的总体设计思路,在对粉碎刀辊工作部件、旋耕覆盖工作部件以及两个部件的耦合试验研究的基础上,提出了合理的工作参数,整机性能试验结果表明该机作业性能优越。 General design idea of the straw chopper combined with burying is set forth. The new idea is that the submerged up cut rotary cultivating technology is applied to burying element. Based on the testing research of chopping drum,rotary burying drum and two elements coupling,rational working parameters and disposition are given. When rotary radius is 165 mm, and cycling rate of rotary drum is 250 r/min, energy consumption for cultivating is lower. The rational distance between two railings is 55~75 mm Coupling parameters between chopping element and burying element influence to working performance. Performance test results of straw chopper show that working performance of the chopper is excellent. The research results in this paper provide scientific basis for the design of the straw chopper combined with burying.
