摘要
在考虑了机压管道式喷灌系统配水干管流量变化的基础上,提出了这一系统干管管网优化的线性规划模型及计算方法。应用这一方法,可在保证各支管入口处所需流量和压力的条件下,确定水泵扬程及干管尺寸最优值。
The design procedure is presented to optimize the sprinkler main pipe network with pump by adopting linear programming mathematic model. The mathematic model, in which the pipe lengths with commercial pipe diameter and the lift of pump are used as variables, includes the constraints of the pipe length, the constraint of bearing pressure by pipe material, the constraints of the sprinkler pressure and the objective function to achieve the minimum annual cost of the whole system of the main pipe network with pump. It is considered that the discharges through distribution pipe are affected by shifting laterals, and the method of shifting laterals rationally to reduce discharges of distribution pipe in the constraints of the sprinkler pressure is presented. Adopting the method, the dimensions of the main pipe and the lift of pump are determined to assure the pressure and discharge of each lateral inlet for minimizing the annual cost of the main pipe network with pump. The procedure is easy to calculate in computer and applicable to the design of the solid or semi solid sprinkler main pipe network with pump.
