摘要
提出了一种用红外热象仪和微热电偶相结合的双重测试比较分析法来测试中冷器内复杂的温度场,并应用这种方法通过放大的模型,对6130ZLQ柴油机采用的错流管翅式结构中冷器,进行了温度场测试。
This paper presents a new method to measure the temperature field in the heat exchangers with complex construction. This method can give a direct and accurate temperature distribution through synthesizing the two kinds of measurement results obtained by infrared image system and thermocouples separately. As an example, the temperature field in a cross flow plate fin intercooler is measured, it has been proven from the error analysis that by the new method an accurate temperature value at a point can be obtained with thermocouples, and the direct visualization of the temperature distribution can be given by the infrared image system.
