摘要
并购带来公司结构的巨大变化,对雇员的权益亦产生很大影响。保护雇员在企业并购中的权益需要完善、有效的机制:要保护雇员在并购中的权利,使其对并购有知情权、发言权以及有公平补偿权,在于保护雇员在企业事务中的参与权、知情权。
Corporation merger brings in great changes in corporation's structure, and has huge influences to employers' rights as well, Protecting employers' rights and interests during the merger needs comprehensive and effective mechanism: to protect employers' right during the merger, to give them informed right, speaking right and fairly compensation right, and to protect employers' participation right and informed right in the corporation business.
