A Simple Statistic Method Based on Fixed Effect Model of Meta-Analysis

为了让临床医生更方便地使用M eta分析方法,我们根据四格表数据特点,提出了一种基于固定效应模型的简明方法。该方法简单而容易操作,且统计结果与原方法完全等价,在循证医学领域很有推广价值。

Meta-analysis is a method in common used for data analysis in evidence-based medicine. In this article, based on the Peto method used for Meta - analysis of the data in fourfold table, we put forward a simple calculating method for clinicians and students. Because of its simplicity and flexibility,it is very useful and easily applied to analysis of the data from multi-studies in evidence-based medicine.
