万安水电站坝基丙烯酸盐化学灌浆的试验研究

An Experimental Study on the Application of Acrylate Chemical Grouting to the Foundation Rockmass of the Wan'an Dam

本文介绍了丙烯酸盐化学灌浆材料在万安水电站坝基防渗帷幕灌浆试验的工艺和效果,以及该种浆材的密度、PH值、粘度、胶凝时间、凝胶的渗透系数、抗挤出能力、固砂体的抗压强度和丙烯酸盐溶液,浆液与凝胶的毒性等性能,可供设计、施工单位参考。

This paper describes the technology and effect of using a acrylate agrout for a cutoff curtain grout- ing on foundation rockmass of the Wan'an Dam as well as some properties of acrylate grouting ma terial, such as specific gravity , pH value, viscosity , gel time of grout ; permeability coefficient, capacity of resistance to squeezing out , compressive strength of consolidating aggregate block of the gel and toxicity of acrylate solution , grout and gel . This is for designer's and constructor's reference.
