摘要
本文系统地介绍了增大挖泥船输泥排距的试验研究工作。由于各型挖泥船的输泥排距均有一定的范围限制。在施工应用中由于土源远,不能满足运距长的要求。针对国产定型200m^3/h绞吸式中型挖泥船舶机、泵、管的匹配尚存在一定的富裕能量,试验中对该船的泥浆泵、输泥管进行了改造,成倍地增大了输泥排距(由规定的1000m增大到5000m),施工机械潜力得以挖掘。通过在荆江堤段的柳口、杨家湾两工地的应用,节省工程投资,解决了荆江大堤所需远距离的输泥加固堤身问题。
An experimental study on increasing mud conveyance-distance of dredger is systematically presented in this paper. As the distance of various dredgers has certain limit, the needs for the longer dis tance can't be met in connection with construction . In view of the cutter-suction dredger ( 200m 3/h) with middle size made in home, one knows in practice that if ship-engine, mud-pump and pipe-line are coordinated very well with one another, there's a potential room for improvement. In this experiment, reformation of the dredger's mud-pump and its pipe-run was made. The improved mud conveyance- disstance was doubled and redoubled (from 1 000 to 5 000m), and the potentiality of the construction machinery was tapped. Through applying the improved dredger to two Jinjiang dyke sections, Liukou and Yangjiawan, the investment of the project was saved and a problem of a long-dis tance mud-conveyance for strenthening the Jinjiang Dykes was solved.
