改良亚磷酸酯水解稳定性对聚丙烯加工稳定性的影响

摘要 众所周知,一些高性能亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂对水解非常敏感。它的加工工艺有两个重要的后果:(1)由于制品会变得粘结而产生的潜在处理问题,(2)此类抗氧剂性能的可能的损失。本文对这两个问题进行了论述。第一,通过配制不同化学性质的共添加剂,研究了高性能亚磷酸酯水解稳定性的变化。 It is well known that some high- performance phosphite antioxidants are particularly sensitive to hydrolysis. This process has two principal consequences : 1) the creation of potential handling issues, as the product can become sticky, and 2) a possible loss in the performance of this type of antioxidant. In this article both of these are addressed. First, changes in the hydrolytic stability of a high- performahce phosphite are examined by formulating with co-additlves of different chemical natures. Second, changes in the hydrolytic stability of the phosphite when using different additive physical forms are investigated. Third, the influence of hydrolysis on the processing stabilization Performance of the high-performance phosphite is evaluated. It is seen that the rate of hydrolysis of the high-performance phosphite is drastlcally reduced both by altering the physical form of the additive package and by the correct selection of the co-additive package. This selection not only extends the storage llfe of the high-performance phosphite but also minimizes the risk of any handling issues.
