摘要
学术法律规范是学术规范体系之一,其基本内涵是在学术研究中必须遵守国家相关法律法规。在对学术失范的原因进行法理学解释的基础上,提出了加强学术法律规范建设的措施。
Academic legal norm is one of the academic norm systems, whose basic intension lies in high accordance with national relevant laws and regulations in the academic research field. This paper first explains the reason of academic impropriety based on jurisprudence and then proposes some measures to strengthen academic legal norm construction.
