The Research on Coordinated Bleaching of Triploide Chinese Poplar CK Pulp with the Enzyme of a New Actinomyces Steady to Heat and Alkali

摘要 采用绿色糖单胞菌所产胞外酶对三倍体毛白杨CK浆进行生物预处理及后续漂白研究,摸索出最佳漂白工艺条件为:酶用量(以木聚糖酶为基准)30IU/g、温度60℃、时间120min、浆浓10%、pH值7.0,实验结果表明该胞外酶具有一定热稳定性和耐碱性,对纸浆漂白十分有利。接后续漂白段,可进一步提高纸浆白度和黏度,降低卡伯值,改善纸浆可漂性,有望实现TCF漂白。 Biobleaching and following bleaching of triploide chinese poplar CK pulps with the enzyme of Saccharomonospora viridis was investaged. It was found that the optimum conditions of the treatment were as following. enzyme dosage 30IU/g,pH 7.0,pulp consistency 10 %and 60℃ for 120 minutes. It showed the stability to hot and alkaline,this was beneficial to the bleaching of the plup. Connecting with the following bleaching segments,It could show a further increase in plup brightness and DP and a further drop in kappa values. The bleachability of the treated plups was improved and carried out the bleaching segments of TCF.
