小城镇可持续发展是农村经济与社会发展的重大问题。为防止小城镇在演化过程中轨迹偏差,有必要建立小城镇可持续发展预警系统。预警指标体系是小城镇可持续发展预警系统的核心。建立了预警指标体系的构建思想和原则,尝试构建预警评价指标体系,分析了指标体系的现实应用,提出了应注意的问题。

Sustainable development in small town is an important issue for agricultural economy and social development. To avoid wrong decision and action, we must set up an early warning system of sustainable development, which is the core of the index system in small town. The basic ideas and principles are set up, the index system of evaluation is given, the application is analyzed, and finally the problem is advanced in this paper.
