Dyeing and finishing of Modal /cotton blends

介绍了Modal／棉混纺织物的退浆、练漂工艺。退浆采用高温酶L-40，用量2g／L，温度85℃，时间6h；煮练NaOH用量30g／L，氧溧H2O2用量2．5～3g／L。通过对染料进行筛选，采用汽巴公司的HW型双活性基染料染色，优化轧染工艺，得色均匀，无双色现象，摩擦牢度、水洗牢度均达到要求。

The disizing, scouring and bleaching process of Modal/cotton blended fabric was introduced. That is desizing with the dosage of 2 g/L enzyme L-40, at temperature 85℃ Cand time 6 h; scouring with the dosage of sodium hydroxide 30 g/L, and bleaching with the dosage of hydrogen peroxide 2.5～3 g/L. Meanwhile, the dyes were selected and pad-dyeing process was optimized. With HW bi-functional reactive dye from Ciba, the dyeing of Modal/cotton fabric featured evenness, and satisfied color fastness to rubbing and washing.
