差热分析在聚乳酸纤维染色中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 采用四种分散染料对聚乳酸纤维进行染色,对染色前后的聚乳酸纤维进行DSC分析,并对这四种分散染料的粒径进行测试,发现聚乳酸纤维的染色性能与其结晶性及染料的粒径有密切联系,聚乳酸纤维易结晶而影响上染,染料粒径过大,分布过宽,亦不利上染。 In the article, four different disperse dyes which have higher exhaustion was analyzed by the laser particle size analysis. Properties of dyed polylactic acid fiber (PLA) with differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) analysis was studied, it can be concluded that dyeing properties of PLA fiber have not only direct relations with chemical structures of dyes, but also with their particle size and crystallization of PLA fiber.
