腹部真皮下血管网皮瓣修复手部皮肤缺损

Repairing skin defects at the hand by abdomlnal flap with subderminal plexus of vessels

目的：探讨修复手部皮肤缺损的治疗方法。方法：应用腹部真皮下血管网皮瓣修复手部皮肤缺损共7-7例105块皮瓣。结果：7-7例105块皮瓣全部成活，术后随访4个月-10年。皮瓣感觉恢复：S级9块，S1级89块，S级7块。手功能评定：优62例，良7例，差8例，优良率达89．6％。结论：应用腹部真皮下血管网皮瓣修复手部皮肤缺损是一种理想的选择，手术操作简单，效果好，供区损伤小，对手功能的恢复具有较好的临床价值。

Objective： To study a surgical procedure for repairing skin defects at the hand. Methods： From March 1993 to October 2005, skin defects at the hand,in 77 patients including 105 flaps, were covered by abdominal flaps with subderminal plexus of vessels. Results： 105 abdminal subderminal plexus of vessels were all surived. Followed up for 4 months to 10 years,the appearances of these flaps were satisfied.According to the criteria of Chinese Hand Surgery Sociaty,the function of the hand were evaluated, and 89.6% were excellent and good. Condusions： The abdominal flap with subdenrtinal plexus of vessels, which is achievd simple and has minima/donor site morbidity,is an ideal option for repairing skin defects at the hand.
