非扩髓的交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折疗效分析

Clinical analysis of unreamed interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of tibial fractures

目的:评估非扩髓的交锁髓内钉治疗胫腓骨骨折的疗效。方法:应用非扩髓的交锁髓内钉治疗胫腓骨骨折21例,闭合性15例,开放性6例。结果:开放性和闭合性骨折伤口Ⅰ期愈合,最终结果评定采用Johner Wruh评分标准,优14例,良4例,中3例,优良率为85.7%。骨折平均愈合时间为32周。无主钉弯曲和锁钉断裂。结论:非扩髓的交锁髓内钉在治疗胫腓骨骨折中具有创伤小、固定确实和骨折愈合率高等优点。非扩髓的交锁髓内钉可治疗CustiloⅠ型、Ⅱ型、部分ⅢA型胫骨骨折。

Objective：To evaluate clinical result of unreamed interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of the tibial fractures. Methods： 21 fractures were treated with undreamed interlocking intra.,nedullary nail, including 15 close fractures and 6 open fractures.Results：The incisions of all fractures were the first grade healing. According to the criteria of Johner Wruh,it was excellent in 14 fractures,good in 4 fractures and fair in 3 fractures.The average time of bone union were 32 months.There was no nail bended and no screw broken. Conclusions： Unreamed interlocking intra.,nedullary nail in the treatment of the tibial fractures has the advantage of less trauma, steady fixation and high bone union rate. Cusfilo Ⅰ, Ⅱ and part Ⅲ A type can be treated with unreamed interlocking intramedullary nail.
