摘要
针对饱和软粘土的工程特性,首次采用了真空动力固结联合扩底旋喷桩加固饱和软粘土地基问题。并结合江苏某软粘土地基加固工程,在探讨其加固机理的基础上,通过对加固过程的方案设计及现场试验结果的分析和讨论,表明该法能够充分发挥强夯、真空降水及旋喷注浆各自的技术优势;另一方面,该法具有工期短、造价低、预沉降可控、加固效果好等优点。本文研究进一步拓宽了饱和软粘土地基的处理方法,为我国沿海地区软粘土地基处理工程提供了新的途径。
Considering the engineering characteristic of saturated soft clay, the paper firstly adopted the way ( DCM combined with dewatering treatment and extended bottom rotating jet grouting pile) to reinforce saturated soft clay foundation. And the reinforced mechanism of that way to deal with the saturated soft clay foundations has been discussed. Combining with the reinforced engineering of saturated soft clay foundation in Jiangsu, the paper analyzed the project and in-situ test results, which demonstrated that the way could fully exert the technology advantage of DCM, vacuum dewatering and rotating jet grout; On the other hand, the way possessed such merits as time limit for a project short, cost low, pro-subside control, the effect of reinforce good, and so on. All the results show the feasibility of DCM combined with well dewatering and extended bottom rotating pile in the treatment of saturated soft clay and enrich the contents of the disposal technology, which also proposed a new method for the treatment of the saturated soft clay foundation in the coastal areas.
