偶联剂、单体对碳化硅胶态原位凝固成型浆料流动性能的影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 偶联剂及单体可以提高碳化硅浆料的流动性。试验结果表明:采用偶联剂包覆,并引入单体,可实现制备高固相含量碳化硅浆料。偶联剂选用KH550较为合适,且其合适的加入量为2.5%;单体丙烯酰胺加入也可使碳化硅浆料粘度降低,合适的加入量为2.5%;引发剂过硫酸铵可很好地实现碳化硅浆料的原位凝固成型,合适的加入量为1.0%。制得的碳化硅浆料固含量的体积分数可达65%。 The flow ability of SiC slurry can be increased by adding coupling agent and monomer. The experimental results demonstrated that the slurry of SiC bearing higher content of solid phase can be realized by means of coated with coupling agent and monomer. KH550 selected as coupling agent and the appropriate content of it is 2.5%. The viscosity of SiC slurry will decrease by using monomer propancsclcnoamide, with the proper content is 2.5%. The ideal consolidation insitu formation of SiC slurry can be obtained through the addition of ammonium persulfate ( initiator), and the proper content is 1%. When the content of solid phase of SiC obtained is 65% in volume, the viscosity of SiC slurry could be 1 Pa·s also.
