摘要 以六偏磷酸钠作分散剂,采用透光率和沉降实验考察六偏磷酸钠的用量、pH值及超声时间等因素对纳米氧化镁水悬浮液稳定性的影响,并对其分散机理进行了初步的探讨。结果表明:六偏磷酸钠能够有效地分散纳米氧化镁颗粒,得到均匀、稳定的纳米氧化镁水悬浮液体系;当六偏磷酸钠质量分数为0.2%、pH为8、超声时间为240s时,分散效果最佳;六偏磷酸钠纳米MgO悬浮液的稳定分散作用主要是通过颗粒间的静电作用来实现的。 Sodium hexametaphosphate was applied to modify the stability of aqueous suspension of the nano-scaled MgO powders, and the effects of the content of sodium hexametaphosphate, pH value and ultrasonic time on the dispersive stability of the nano-scaled MgO suspension were studied by measuring the transmittance and sedimentation test. In addition, the dispersion mechanism was preliminarily discussed. The results showed that the sodium hexametaphosphate could effectively disperse the nanoscaled MgO powder water suspension into a homogeneous and stable system, and that the optimun dispersive condition were sodium hexametaphosphate 0.2% , pH=8, ultrasonic time 240s. Besides, the dispersion machanism of nano-scaled MgO powder with sodium hexametaphosphate is mainly resulted from electrostatic stabilization.
