摘要
综述了液相法合成纳米TiO2粉体的各种方法,评述了液相沉淀法、水解法、溶胶-凝胶法、水热法、微乳液法和液相一步合成法的制备工艺及特点,并指出液相一步合成法在常压低温下就能合成团聚小、单分散性好和光催化活性高的金红石相纳米TiO2粉体,此生产工艺由于省去了高温焙烧工序而最具竞争力。
The preparation processes and their features for several methods to synthesize nanosized titania in liquid-phase, including liquid-phase precipitation, hydrolysis, Sol-Gel method, hydrothermal method, microemusification and the single-step liquid phase are reviewed. By analysis and comparison, the single-step liquid phase takes advantage over the others, because nanosized rutile TiO2 powder, with well-dispersed and high photocatalytic activity, can be achieved by this method at lower temperature and normal pressure, and the high temperature calcinations process needn't be used as well.
