摘要 研究了以二氧化硅负载三氯化铁为催化剂,冰乙酸和正丁醇为原料合成乙酸正丁酯。通过正交实验法对影响反应的因素进行了考察,确定了最佳合成条件:冰乙酸与正丁醇的摩尔比为1.4∶1.0,催化剂的用量为反应物料总质量的3.16%,反应时间为45min,反应温度为120℃,酯化率可达86.36%。 The synthesis of n-butyl acetate with acetic acid and n-butanol as reactants and catalyst ferric chloride supported by silica was studied. The influence factors and the optimum synthetic conditions were investigated by experiments arranged by orthogonal design. The optimum reaction conditions were as fellows: The molar ratio of acetic acid to n-butanol was 1.4: 1.0. The mass ratio of catalyst to reactants was 3.16%. The reaction time was 45min. The reaction temperature was 120℃. The yield of butyl acetate reached 86.36%.
