摘要
为了优化从去内酯银杏叶粗提物中提取黄酮的工艺,采用L(934)正交实验设计方法,对浸提和超临界CO2萃取—结晶工艺进行了优化试验研究。结果表明:浸提较优工艺为浸提温度55℃,浸提时间4.0h,浸提次数1次,液固比30∶1;超临界CO2萃取—结晶较优工艺为萃取—结晶压力15MPa,萃取—结晶温度45℃,萃取—结晶时间1.0h,夹带剂为甲醇。整个工艺简单可行,总黄酮的含量由22.40%提高到79.80%。
In order to optimize the extracting technology of flavonoid in the GBE of distilled lactone, the orthogonal experimental design was adopted in the extraction and extracting and crystallizing processes. Results proved that the best extraction technology was extraction temperature was 55℃ ,extraction time was 4.0h,extraction times were 1, the ratio of liquid to solid was 30:1 ;the best extracting and crystallizing technology was extracting and crystallizing pressure was 15Mpa, extracting and crystallizing temperature was 45℃ ,extracting and crystallizing time was 1.0h, entrainer was methanol. The optimized technologies mentioned above were simple and feasible. The purity of flavonoid was improved from 22.40% to 79.80%.
