Some Thoughts on the Enforcement of Copyright Lawin Publishing Field——Commemorating the 15th Anniversary of the Copyright Law of People's Republic of China

《中华人民共和国著作权法》的施行,从根本上改变了我国出版界长期以来无法可依的局面。这一方面反映了中国政府对保护版权这一知识产权的决心,同时也反映了世界大趋势对中国不可低估的影响。但因实施基础和传统观念及时间的限制,目前中国期刊界对版权的一些较为基本的问题,也还存在着许多模糊的认识。因此,就当前期刊界著作权意识和观念淡薄的四方面表现加以分析探讨。

The enforcement of the Copyright Law of the People＇s Republic of China thoroughly reverses the situation in the publishing field where people had no law to apply before. Chinese government had made his mind to protect the copyright; meanwhile, the general trend of the world in publishing field to protect the copyright has greatly affected China. Encumbered by the traditional ideas, time and implement base; people in this field have only a vague idea of the basic copyright issues at present.
