摘要
本文通过对目前电信运营商所采用的客户服务系统的介绍,分析了国内电信运营商客户服务系统运用中存在的不足,提出了电信客户服务系统的改进策略。
The paper analyzes the current problems with operation of telecom customer service system of the home telecom, operators through introducing the customer service system adopted by telecom, operators at present, and suggests the measures for improving the system.
