女性痤疮患者血清性激素水平的变化

Serum Levels of Sex Hormones in Women with Acne

目的:探讨女性痤疮患者血清性激素水平的变化及与临床的关系。方法:检测31例迟发性痤疮患者、49例青春期痤疮患者及其同龄正常对照女性血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)、黄体酮(P)及催乳素(PRL),并进行统计学分析。结果:青春期痤疮患者组和迟发性痤疮患者组血清T水平较同龄正常对照组均显著性增高(P<0.01),而E2较同龄正常对照组均显著性降低(P<0.01),两组之间血清性激素水平无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:性激素水平异常和痤疮的发生有着密切的关系。

Objective ：To investigate serum levels of sex hormones and their clinical significance in women with acne. Methods. Follicle stimulating hormone （FSH）,luteinizing hormone （LH）,estradiol （E2 ）,testosterone （T） ,progesterone （P） and prolactin （PRL） in 31 patients with late onset acne,49 patients with adolescent acne and women in the control group were determined and statistically analyzed. Results：Serum level of T in women with late onset acne and adolescent acne was significantly increased （P 〈0.01 ） and level of E2 was greatly lowered （P 〈 0.01 ） in comparision with those in controls. But the serum levels of sex hormones in women with late onset acne were not significantly different from those in the women with adolescent acne （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion- Abnormal sex hormones were closely related with the onset Of ache.
