马克思分工概念的两重涵义

The Twofold Connotation in Marx's Concept of Labor Division

马克思的分工概念应进一步细化,发掘其更深层次的涵义。马克思所讲的分工概念本身包含着使物质资料生产活动合理化的“技术性分工”和“人的分化”两重涵义。所谓消灭分工应该是消灭“人的分化”,而“技术性分工”应该被发扬。

Marx＇s concept of labor division should be further categorized into two aspects, namely, the ＂technical labor division＂ which rationalizes the activities of material production and the ＂differentiation in people＂. The so-called elimination of labor division should be interpreted as the elimination of ＂differentiation in people＂, whereas the ＂technical labor division＂ should be reserved and promoted.
