摘要
研究生教育,特别是工程类研究生教育的类型应更加多样化,应呈现多层次的培养模式,以满足不同的社会需要并与国外研究生培养模式的发展趋势相适应。通过加强学科建设、促进学科间的交叉渗透等措施来提高工科研究生的培养水平是可行的。对于像岩土工程专业这样的传统学科,通过吸收高新技术成果,加强交叉学科的建设完全可以培养出创新性的高水平人才。
Graduate education, especially the engineering graduate education, should adopt the more diversified cultivation modes of different levels in present phase, in order to satisfy the needs of society and follow the tendency of world development. It is advisable to advance the cultivation level of engineering graduate by strengthening discipline construction and promoting the intersec- tion between different disciplines. Besides, for some traditional disciplines such as geotechnical engineering, it is possible to cultivate high-level personnel by the development of high technology and the construction of cross-discipline.
