摘要
深圳中小企业板块推出一年多来,直接上市的中小企业已达到50多家。直接融资渠道的畅通,使中小企业成为了公众公司,其公司治理问题引起人们的重视和关注。本文详细分析了中小板上市公司治理中存在的问题,并从内部治理结构和外部治理环境两个方面,提出了中小企业公司治理的途径,以发展我国的二板市场。
Since small and medium-sized enterprises of Shenzhen were introduced last year, it has had more than 50 members now. The expedition of direct capitalizing has made the small and medium- sized enterprises into public companies, so people has brought great concern on their governance. This text analysed the problems existing in the governance of small and medium- sized enterprises in detail, and gave solutions to improve governance in two aspects： inside governance structure and outside administration environment, as to develop our second board market.
