我国高校制定发展规划的问题与思考

The Issues and Reflections on Formulating the Strategic Planning of Chinese Institutions of Higher Learning

当前我国高等教育已进入大众化阶段,高校之间的竞争也更加激烈和复杂,许多高校都把制定发展规划作为促进学校发展的大事来抓。本文阐述了高校发展规划的内容与要求,将我国高校制定发展规划时的存在的问题与美国院校研究的成功经验相结合,对我国高校如何制定发展规划提出几点建议。

Nowadays, higher education in our country has gone into the phase of popularity. The competition in the institutions of higher learning has become more and more intense and complex, so it becomes more important for institutions of higher learning to formulate their strategic planning in their future development. This article defines the essence and demand of the strategic planning, and combines the problems that exist in the strategic planning of our universities andcolleges with the successful experience of American institutional research, then gives a few suggestions for institutions of higher learning on their strategic planning.
