摘要
“学分银行”制度的真正确立,取决于学分的存取机制、借贷机制和转换机制的有效贯通和协调运转,关键则在于学分“货币”的通用程度——在校际间、区域间、国际性的互认。如果说存分机制建设是起点,贷分机制就是其深化、完善,学分兑换机制则是其更高境界。
the real establishment of the credit bank system is decided by the valid run -through and the harmonious operation of the saving mechanism, the borrowing mechanism and the converting mechanism. The key lies in general use degree of the credit currency- recognizing with each other between the intercollegiate, district, internation. If saving system is a point of departure, loaning credit system will be deep and perfect, then the credit exchange mechanism will be its higher state.
